Coombes Field 4 Dogs - Terms and Conditions of Hire

We offer an enclosed sole use area for owners to exercise and train your dog(s), not for commercial use, up to a maximum of 4 dogs and all use is under the following Terms and Conditions of hire.

1. All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. The field is available to be booked for exclusive hourly hire, 50 minute session, allowing 10 minute changeover.

2. Bookings can be shared upon agreement for up to 4 dogs and you may bring a trainer or behaviourist upon request.

3. If you need to cancel please give 48 hours notice, less than 48 hours will be charged, refunds will not be applicable.

4. You MUST arrive and leave promptly, you will not be able to over run to the next session. Please do not enter the field if it is still in use.

5. You MUST only park in the designated area within the field.

6. All dogs MUST be kept on a lead or in the vehicle until the field gate is securely closed.

7. You remain responsible for your dog(s) at ALL times and fully liable for any damage to the site, business owners’ and land owners’ property and third party property.  It is recommended you have adequate third party insurance for such eventualities as we will not accept any liability for any damage, injury or claims which may arise.

8. You enter the site at your own risk and we will not accept any liability for any damage or injury you, your dog(s) or property howsoever caused. It is advised to wear suitable footwear as the field is un-even and situated next to woodland which in poor weather conditions may be slippery & muddy or have tripping hazards such as exposed tree roots or fallen branches.

9. All dog mess MUST be cleaned up; a bin is provided for bagged dog waste only. The field is situated within a working farm and livestock may be in adjacent fields from time to time.

10. Bitches in season and dogs with diarrhoea, sickness, kennel cough or ANY contagious disease MUST NOT be brought into the field.

11. Please do not allow your dog(s) to dig holes or cause any damage. Although every precaution has been made the field cannot be guaranteed to be dog proof, please report any holes, weakness in the fence.

12. Dogs must be supervised at all times. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult and at all times.

13. Food/drink is permitted but you must ensure all litter/waste is taken with you. Alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited.

14. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the field or terminate your session and or forfeit any future bookings if we feel that you have/are mistreating any dog(s) whilst using the field or are in breach of these terms and conditions.
